I do not know for sure, but let me say this. I am a man, I admit freely that men are substantially more aggressive and physically domineering than women. If the sexes of the two people in this instance were switched the result would be a whole lot worse. The simple truth is that equal treatment is erroneous, and you simply cannot equate a man forcing himself on a girl/young woman half his size with a 23-year-old woman pressuring what is essentially a young man who is bigger than she is.
