Ryan and Jon will not be touring or recording with Panic anymore. I guess Brendon and Spencer will be getting some people to tour with them, but we don't know yet whether they will be temporary or actual, new band members.

not from what i've read/heard...in a bulletin she posted back when she had a personal myspace, she said to listen to the song on her page because ryan wrote it for her...and the song on her profile was Northern Downpour.

Jon didn't write the lyrics, he wrote the melody, which means he came up with the notes of how it would be sung. so he prolly hummed it when he wrote it.
