Hi Cleveland1012, the people from Spain & from many Latin American countries are Caucasian Hispanics. This music sounds Cuban in origin and there are many Mulatos or dark skinned Cubans in Cuba because many of the Caucasian Cubans left when Castro took over. But I can tell you that almost ALL of us, whether Caucasian, Mulato or Black, know how to dance. :-)
