Love the tutorial! I'm curious, what brand of corner punch are you using? I've looked at Joann's and Michaels and can't find it. The Fiskars 2 in 1 I have is very hit and miss :o(
@HannahBarnesssx ~ Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to view my video....I hope it has helped you some and inspired you to create. I purchased the Fiskars scoring blade at Michaels Arts & Crafts
Thanks so much for this tutorial!!!!! I was using a hand drawn template from the internet and basically tracing that onto every piece of paper - and getting all different sized envelopes!! You saved me so much time!!! Lol
@mzbabygirl21 ~ Thank you so much....I am so happy you enjoyed my tutorial. Hope it helps you some.....I appreciate you taking the time to watch my videos.
This is a fabulous tutorial! Thanks so much for showing how to make envelopes for the adorable card size! I am having a very difficult time finding the the 3x3 size! So this tutorial will help alleviate this problem!
Hi Sil2289, I managed to guess what paper quality you use. Thanks for the tutorial on youtube.. I managed to get the envelop and it fit perfectly for my cards.
@guiltprey ~ Thank you for taking the time to view my video. The cardstock I use is just plain cardstock that you can purchase from Joanns or Michaels brands....I would not use the thick good quality cardstock as it will make the envelope bulky or crack the edges of your envelope when you score them.
@sil2289 ~ Thanks indeed your video is great.. If I went to a book store what must I tell them for the kind of paper I need? cuz from the video I see its not normal A4 paper. Sorry for the inconvenience causes. Thanks
Thanks so much I was having problems when i look at other project on you-tube they didn't show how to make the envelopes. thanks to u i can now make more cards and envelopes
@billieprd - Ahh! Kylie you are such a sweetheart! I'm so glad I could help...I LOVE and miss your videos, and I'm so honored that one of mine was able to help you.
@Stephaniewatercolour - No, unfortunately we can't mail this size of envelope...I'd use it for when you are giving a gift to someone...thanks for taking the time to view my video.
Thanks so much for this tutorial, I have been making a load of 3 x 3 cards lately and this tutorial is perfect for me to make my own co-ordinating envelopes... x
@3dogsand2kids ~ Great! It's really nice to know that this has helped others....I love making 3 x 3 cards and having the perfect size envelope is the cherry on top! Thanks for commenting.
@liveloveandSCRAP - I'm so glad this was helpful to you...you really don't find this size of envelope in stores and these cards make really cute cards to give with gifts. Thanks for commenting, I really appreciate it.
Really great tips in here! I really like how you cut the envelope down to give it a professional look. Also, the corner rounder really takes this to the next level. Thank you for sharing your video! XOXO, Julie. :0)
