always check to see the sliderail pins are locked in place. Wabash makes trailers now that have a button you mash to slide tandems,and when you supply trailer air it pops out and locks in place,preventing the big oops that this dummy had.
To everyone that does not know what happened here...... The truck driver forgot to lock his tandems on the trailer, and when he hit the brakes they slid out from the trailer.. The tandems can slide underneath the trailer to distribute the weight of the load.

The driver hit the "trolley brake" and the trailer axles slid out the back of the trailer. I know absolutely nothing of the mishap and I can tell that just from looking at the results.
