The whining is the alternator. My 05 does that. Just watch any videos on YouTube of gtos and they all do that.

Old alternator. Got mine replaced under warrenty shortly after that video and makes a big difference.

Yup, all that was different at that point was the exhaust.
I remembered when i had them.... I only have 1 left but i just ordered sum spintech axle-back.

Have you heard the Stock SAP set up before? (Magnaflow Mufflers + Quad tips)
I have not heard the afterburners in person but it Sounds close to the SAP set up on your video

Yes I have. I would say these are a lot louder than especially at idle. Video never really does much justice. I will have a better comparison once I can get some acceleration/ deceleration clips with the afterburners on.

It isn't that bad with the M6, however there is some compared to the stock exhuast. I don't even notice it now.
