@TheUnstoppableKobe24 diet is the most important part, you can workout all day and if you eat crap you won't even see a difference. you don't have to do the plus, you need to just do the regular version and you will get the results just eat right.

@tnajlg07 to be honest I don't take any supplements, you take supplements when you are not getting the right nutrients. if you are eating right it is not a concern so no I didnt take the recovery drink at all. you will be fine if you eat right.

While you were a little bit bigger you could have try strenght training to become real muscular and strong buuuuuuut you decided to become a 160 pound weakling. Still your results are pretty impressive for only 90days thats a lot of fat you lose , congrat!

@05joeyj well you will need some equipment to go along with it. dumbells, push up bars, yoga mat, yoga blocks, and pull up bar... and if all else fails the pocket... Resistance bands! the program will tell you the order of the dvds so you will be fine.

@mljjj15 Your shake doesn't have to be right after your workout... they say that there is an hour window of time before or after the workout, where the body takes more of the nutrients. to be honest if you are working out in the morning, I would say wait the hour, maybe while you are at work, it will be more of your breakfast.

Ive looked @ your entire pg., i just started P90X on the 17th of this month and my body looks exactly like yours did when you started. Ive changed my diet, i have never ate oatmeal in my life but, when i saw your page i started eating it. The only problem ive ran into with the P90X is the ab ripper area due to lower back problems i have. It limites me to only be able to do some of them

hey im gona start this program and i just had a question. Am i supposed to eat something before i start the workout because im gona do it in the morning. And if yes, what do i eat?

o ya and i was just wondering when you were in your first few stages were you drinking protein shakes cuz everytime i started drinking them after my workouts i start getting a belly back ... any suggestions....im working out in the morning

@mljjj15 Your shake doesn't have to be right after your workout... they say that there is an hour window of time before or after the workout, where the body takes more of the nutrients. to be honest if you are working out in the morning, I would say wait the hour, maybe while you are at work, it will be more of your breakfast.

by far the best P90X result i've seen, but I guess the vegan diet helps with the excess fat. ;) kudos

Ive looked @ your entire pg., i just started P90X on the 17th of this month and my body looks exactly like yours did when you started. Ive changed my diet, i have never ate oatmeal in my life but, when i saw your page i started eating it. The only problem ive ran into with the P90X is the ab ripper area due to lower back problems i have. It limites me to only be able to do some of them
