The Founders did not give up their lives defending the Constitution or the Country. The United States of America did not exist until after the war of revolution ended with the colonies victorious. The Constitution was not written, ratified and signed until many years later.

In a communist country, the govt. controls all the capital in its country: businesses as well as personal capital. The Founders did not give up their lives defending the Constitution or the Country. The United States of America did not exist until after the war of revolution ended with the colonies victorious. The Constitution was not written, ratified and signed until many years later.

Obama couldn't make the mess he is if they were doing things by the Constitution and founding documents. Open discussion is welcome but that isn't what he is endorsing. He is saying by whatever means, that we must overtake the system legally or not. That is why he and his ilk should leave this country and go to a place where his ideals are a current reality.

To me, there is nothing to be scared of. I have faith that his rant will go nowhere. Just as Fascism/Corporatism and the "Free Market" are untenable, so is true Communism.
Communism and Marxism have one major goal, and that is Anarchy. No government, just respect for one another. How long would that last? It's a system that can only exist in a perfect world.
Free market is worthless, too, unless you're one of the top 20% who controls nearly 80% of the nation's finances. Regulation works.

I believe, if you read our Constitution that there is nothing in it prohibiting our elected officials from being Communists, Socialists, Satanists, Islamists, Buddhists, or even (dare I say it) Christians.
I do believe you will find that under the First Amendment he can legally say what he says.
In giving my oath to Protect and Defend the Constitution, there was no caveat saying that people like him with such views would be excluded. So stop listening if you don't agree. No one forced you.
