My kung fu masters make me do that with my grounded leg closer to the wall and the leg against the wall above my head, and they push me into the wall from behind.. it hurts..
Now that you started reading this you have to finish it and if you don't you will get the curse. 10 years ago some kids got the curse and died the night they fell asleep. Repost this to 20 videos or else you will get the curse

@gedp1213 Yes man, that's for beginnners. I am a wushu student and based on my experience, on your first time on doing this, you are not really forced to raise your leg high. You are just advised to raise your leg just up to the level where you can raise your leg. As time goes by, when your muscles are pretty stretched, you can raise your leg up higher to your standard level (which is just basically up to your hips).

You are just advised to raise your leg just up to the level where you can raise your leg. As time goes by, when your muscles are pretty stretched, you can raise your leg up higher to your standard level (which is just basically up to your hips).
