i think it's bad to not let kids see these games, for example, parents who hide biscuits from their kids end up with kids who are desperate to find the biscuits and when they find them they will not be trusted with them because they eat them all the time, same with games. If you don't let them see the games they will become curious and obtain the games eventually, if you discipline your child you can trust them with the games.

I kinda have to agree with them here.
I can understand why folks were worried.
If I had to choose a game for my kid of either Madworld or Manhunt 2 (he's wantin' either one for christmas) i'd pick Madworld, uber gory as fuck but it's a bit more cartoony than Manhunt so i'm fine with him playing that. I'm a hardcore gamer too but if yuor a gamer parent then you need to set some limits on what your kid plays.
