And their teaching allows for you to BLINDLY CONSUME - because the WHOLE UNIVERSE exists solely for YOUR entertainment... So go ahead! I question these teachings when we see what happened with the native american genocide. Millions of indians, happily enjoying nature, all in great love. I'm sure that law of attraction made the british show up to turn their paradise into a toxic hole of violence and pollution for hundreds of years.. Yep, now the native american has "more to put in the vortex".. all to serve in the "contrast" of expanding desire... Children being murdered, all for the sake of "providing contrast".

Buddha taught that true suffering is created from within. Jesus taught that we are ALL the sons and daughters of god. Krishna taught patience, acceptance, and awareness. Lao Tzu shared these principles with written word.
I'm certain each one of these beings would warn their village of an approaching fire. I'm also pretty sure they would do everything in their power to make people aware of what was happening.
Especially if it was an easily avoidable catastrophe.

The enlightened ones all taught the same things, and they did do everything in their power to help - that was my point. Everyone has free will and you can't force them to think or to help themselves. @Beatnuk Slavery is still taken place today, just a new form of slavery. Working paycheck to paycheck for pennies on the dollars, with little freedom, no time for family/children, miserable, and lots of stress and worry.
