No, but No$GBA can run DS Games.
Btw, it's only legal if you use your own roms. But i think you know that. :P

I have this game in jap and it's frikkin awesome! Though the person in the video did a really bad chain...He could've used OTHER techs like Raining tiger blade :D

Wow, it's got 2D sprites instead of the character models of the past Tales DS titles. Looks just like Tales of Eternia.

Original ToP and ToD's battles were slooooooooow. D: I don't like them very much, and there's lot of pauses.
Agreed with the Eternia and 2-D PS2 Tales more.
