Hey guys im thinking of giving the raw food 80 10 10 diet a chance. The past year ive become really focused on what i eat and what will work best for my body to take off the extra pounds. I used to be 290 and now i am around 229. Anyway, ive been lifting weights for about a year and have gained a lot muscle and now i want to start the raw diet, i still have about 30-40 pounds to lose, my main concern is if i start eating raw will i get my bodyfat percentage down and maintain my muscle?
