have a look at my welsh cob called (felinfach meirion) he has ebbw prince and ebbw victor bloodlines. he is a 16hh 4yrs old gelding . can ou tell me if he is good enough to show under saddle please.

Cardi is truly a great representative for the Welsh breed. I wish I'd been able to afford the stud fee a couple of years ago when I wanted to breed my 1/2 welsh mare...he is definitely worth it!

Hi Krista, Thanks for your thoughts. We donate a breeding every year with the Northwest Sporthorse Breeder's Association stallion auction. The bid is usually about half of his regular fee. Check their website in the fall.

But I wanna ask about something: At the riding center Im riding a cob named Tom Thumb. He is gorgeos and a NICE horse, but he is so strong when we jump. I guess he is a bit destroied by being at the riding school before but Do you have a tip how to make him softer? And hes REAl bumpy. How to sit down proper? I have a video with me jumping with him, maybye I should post it?

I will for sure.. for the Dressage at Devonwood.. !!! Cant wait he is my favorite Stallion I love him !! I want to breed him to my mare someday.. I love dressage have just started so I am only intro level.. but I love it my little QH mare is doing perfect even though she is a QH everyone thinks she is a TB..

Has Cardi ever been breed to a QH.. I wouldnt think so but just thought I would ask.. ?

Roxy ~ Cardi is now doing flying changes, required at Third level. The Second Level Tests, which you see in this vid, require simple changes. Cindy

Oh my! I am a big fan of Cobs. I have a little arab/cob cross that first turned me on to them. At the Welsh Society show in Eugene last year, I absolutely fell in love with the Ds. someone just today told me that if I love North Fork's Black Earl, I would adore Cardi. He is really nice. Great carriage. I am convinced. My next horse WILL be a cob!  Go sport ponies!

Thanks. Cardi is 5 and 2 months in this vid and 14.3hh. He's now doing flying changes, canter pirouettes and has started piaffe! Marie, we owe so much to Chime as he was the first to achieve Grand Prix. We're trying to follow in his hoofprints! :) Cindy

i love him so much how old was he when started dresage on him coz i have a welsh cob filly and i would love her to follow in her mums footsteps or hoofprints as you put it she is littly backed and can do the spanish walk under saddle have you any tips for me and my little girl well all 14.3hh of her and her big stallion kneck lol
