But the Melanesian peoples of Asia are no more closely tied to African ancestry Europeans or other proximate ethnic groups. The physical similarities are superficial. Science has proven that there was at least a couple of migratory patterns that mainly stemmed from africa, but what hasn't been proved is if it was the only migration, or indeed, the sole origin of ALL modern humans. The key word is all, it cannot be denied that africa is the origin of SOME modern humans. Also, the island of Borneo (not far away from the phillipines) contains the oldest eco system on the planet, older than africa's....There are still things on this planet yet to be discovered.

Our human ancestors certainly did migrate from Africa tens of thousands of years ago. But the Melanesian peoples of Asia are no more closely tied to African ancestry Europeans or other proximate ethnic groups. The physical similarities are superficial. Deeper evidence, such as socio-linguistic and genetic traits, show that they are not African. Indeed, White Europeans are more "African" in this respect than the people you describe.

How can I be "linked" to my people in Africa when I'm 500 years or more far removed? And even then, some of my people didn't come from the continent of Africa.
It's impossible to make this kind of connection when every generation scrambles DNA like a jigsaw.
So what does that test say about the White European in your blood? Does it give a percentage how many or still white people as well?

I understand the argument you are trying to make is that your people don't have a "black" heritage, but the truth is you do. Or you don't exist.
You can use DNA "testing" (which the conclusion is ridiculous) to give you an answer that makes you feel good but it doesn't change the fact of your lineage.

As I've stated earlier; technically, NEgritos are Asian (at least, genetically). Physically, They are very african looking. You gotta be careful w/ trying to classify everyone as "african" though. EUROPEANS are more closely related to Africans, than Australoids, Negritos, or even Mediterraneans. I do agree that Negritos were probably one of the first groups out of africa (and a fascinating ppl as well).

Sharing the northern mountains.We see them every now and again when we go to the river. My grandfather told me that we fought with them against the japanese.He also told me that they shared their land with us as we were hunters who came from Malaysia, but we Tinguian's had poblems with the Igorotts so we chased them further down south. Science has proven that there was at least a couple of migratory patterns that mainly stemmed from africa, but what hasn't been proved is if it was the only migration, or indeed, the sole origin of ALL modern humans. The key word is all, it cannot be denied that africa is the origin of SOME modern humans. Also, the island of Borneo (not far away from the phillipines) contains the oldest eco system on the planet, older than africa's....There are still things on this planet yet to be discovered.

This is not only a skin tone issue since the original people come in many colors even when not amalgamated. Black people know themselves by many names and some like are conscious and know they stem from Africa. In the end every human being that lived, is living or that will ever live comes from one African couple. Some kept their features some didnt. depends on the stressors.

Hi! The "Filipino's" you see today are descendants of the Austronesian group who came from China and settled in Taiwan then moved out through South East Asia then on to the Islands in the Pacific. I agree that all life started and moved out of Africa, but I'm kind of confused about your statement about Filipino's and their African Ancestors, I know we all came from Africa but I know most of the tribes in the Philippines came from the Austronesian who were an Asian group.

Yep. I think you're right :) The Munda (an australoid group are said to be directly related to many Tamil speakers.. It also explains the tendency for thick hair, heavy eyebrows, large jaw structure & larger teeth (promanthicism..if I'm spelling that word right) of many Inidans (particularly those w/ more southern Indian ancestry).

You may be Indian, but you know as well as I do, that Indian features vary from region to region. Negritos, Australoids, and Mediterraneans were the first ppls in India (followed shortly thereafter by Maylay-related Asians). Australoids were a BASE group in India. THey STILL are. I've seen Indians from ALL parts w/ these features. Obviously Northern Indians have a lot more Scythic/Persian/Afghan/Mongol-hun features (for obvious reasons), but that does NOT mean that they didn't mix w/ other ppls.

I'm just saying they haven't disappeared; I've seen plenty of Indians (mostly southern Indians) that still display these features. YEp.. We all are mixed. Australian aborigines (pre colonization) were probably the most "pure" ppl (but we know that their relatives in India were mixed, of course).

Australian aboriginals were/are a mixed bunch, with different races in different areas (tall, short, coal black, brown and some with blond steaks).
In Tasmania the aboriginals were cut off for 16,000 years, from before the time Australoids arrived, and they are nigritos - woolly haired etc.
They also descended from pre-humans, and not only, evolved cro-magnum people from Africa. Only in that sense they are pure.
If I marry a half aboriginal woman, our children would be distinctly aboriginal.

Uh..you're wrong dude. The African Pygmies are NOT directly related to any of the negritos. What happened, is that the Pygmies (coincidentally) underwent a miniturization due to genetics/climate/food. They, genetically, group closer to Asians, they are definitely African in morphology though. As far as the Australian aboriginies go, that's WRONG. Aborigines were a compeletly separate physical type. They inhabit(ed) India as well as australia.
