Tuurlijk mag dit niet, er bestaat een kart met 100cc tam automaat blokje wat max 70 gaat.

Dit lijkt me eerder een 125 schakel. Je hebt altijd nog een kenteken nodig, dat licht maakt geen fuck uit als je geen kenteken hebt. Tis je fiets niet.
