For the first picture and the magnifique lady, I think it's a beautiful work of Art in photography's discipline! "La beauté est dans l’œil qui regarde et dans les pensées qui se hasardent à s'entrechoquer aux tréfonds d'une fausse conscience prude et blafarde." (La Louve effrenée de belle musicalité).
I'm never bothered by nudity bit I agree, not a good nude photo... and way far from being considered "art". From concept to lighting and composition, everything is bad, bad, bad... it's almost painful to look at it! And unfortunately it's attached to an amazing and "true" piece of musical art.
@TheGravicembalo I agree that it is art, but I doubt youtube is allowed to show nudity whether it's art or not. Ah well, let's hope they won't report it since it would really be a shame if it was reported

you should take out the nude photo before someone reports you... it would be a shame to lose this video due to one tightassed person
