Cassidy's. He wanted a perfect future with her, so he killed anyone who knew about the secret. Kyle wasn't a killer, but probably drunk enough and fed up with Jessica's treatment to point he was willing to end her life. So he cheated on her, and when the girls got aggressive, he decided "Why not? My daddy is rich and can do anything to erase this."

Andy killed Kyle just because he was in the way, and he probably knew more than he should have about the whole ordeal.
