Oh I remembered that level and it was from the first aquastage. Keen attracts all the little fishes and he must avoid dopefish at all costs. I only beat the level once, but when I got older, I was able to pass the level. I'm not sure if the game still works for Windows XP.

Yeah, but isn't there an emulator called DOSbox? I haven't tried it, but it can run dos games.

it can and does. DOSbox is free and it works very well, with minimal DOS prompt typing required.
