You know, You can eat the cauliflower leaves too. You just cut them and cook them just like you would green cabbage. It tastes the same too. It's such a pity that most people don't know this and just throw away the leaves! Same goes for broccoli too!

Oh how cool! I haven't been able to grow a successful cauliflower for over 3 years. I'm gonna try next spring though.
