  • I remember being awed by Master Zink's photos in martial arts magazines back in the early '80's. It's a real pleasure to be able to see him 30 years later, more accomplished than ever. Thanks for posting.

  • Absolutely beautiful.

  • Just out of curiosity how old is Paulie Zink, he has amazing flexibility, the flexibility of a child and beyond.

  • Paulie is in his mid fifties.

    Maria

  • I hope I'm 1/4 as strong (joint wise) and flexible as this man when I'm his age. He's been a legend since I was a kid in the 70's, it's rare to be highly regarded in the "Monkey" Community in China, when you are not from there and he is loved there.

    Keep on Keeping on.

  • A true master !

  • WOW that was amazing, is that kind of ability

possible to achieve for the average person?

For example would say a 32 year old person be able to achieve that kind of flexibly or would u need to be practicing from a earlier age, or does it require u be blessed with the ability such as being double jointed.

    thank you from your reply,

    all the best be blessed.

  • Yes, this kind of flexibility is possible for the average person. 32 is very young. The amount of time required to develop and progress will vary from person to person. It will depend on several factors, such as your present physical condition. Also some people have more natural ability than others. However the most important component to practice is one's attitude and state of mind, to be properly focused and to practice out of a love and passion for the art rather than as a chore. Maria

  • A tribute to the true capacity of the human body! Art incarnate!!!

  • I've always been hesitant to buy his training dvd's because I thought it's too hard. But I'm gonna give it a try, at least a TRY is better than not... Anyway, he is quite an inspiration for human potential. Thank You!

  • This video is amazing!

  • The flexibility is great. I assume proper breathing is critical in accomplishing such feats.

  • Yes, breathing properly is very important.
