anyone who has fought full contact will know this kind of training is invaluable . The only way to prepare for a fight is to simulate what might happen in the ring or cage.Bench pressing 100k or doing endless arm curls and sit ups will not prepare you for the punishment you can take in the ring.

@locky8791 Exactly! If you look at Brock Lesnar, he is really strong, people say he benchpressed 645 pounds and so on, but he has gotta work on his technique, it's the most important part. ( I think they're really clever about strength, but just if he trains more technical stuff and learn to combine his strength, size, technique, he would be a very very dangerous fighter. Now, in my opinion: If he gets all that together including the conditioning, he would be OverPowered.
