  • @1MoB100 Im the same build as him near exactly except i stopped working out when i injured my back. I was easily his size with slightly smaller arms and i was taking in 3k cals a day to keep myself healthy. His body type has nothing to do with food, if it did he would have no muscle.

  • idk why so many people are down talking this guy. He has the right idea on how to train for fighting. His workout is a bit unorthodox but it seems to work for him. let alone the fact that he prob cant go to a gym/Personal trainer/etc. Hitting yourself in the core will help build pain tolerance, muscle memory, and toughen the skin. It's just like muay thai training when you kick down trees to form your shin bone to get stronger.

  • It's like building callouses but for your abs. Theoretically muscle is simply built by braking down the muscle and having it rebuild stronger. Even if you don't believe that, it could just be practical for pain tolerance. Learning how to take a punch is like an actor learning to fall.

The only way to prepare for a fight is to simulate what might happen in the ring or cage.Bench pressing 100k or doing endless arm curls and sit ups will not prepare you for the punishment you can take in the ring.

  • @locky8791 Exactly! If you look at Brock Lesnar, he is really strong, people say he benchpressed 645 pounds and so on, but he has gotta work on his technique, it's the most important part. ( I think they're really clever about strength, but just if he trains more technical stuff and learn to combine his strength, size, technique, he would be a very very dangerous fighter. Now, in my opinion: If he gets all that together including the conditioning, he would be OverPowered.
