I'm not sure what I can tell you in 500 words or less, but many times the root of anger is a sense of injustice or frustration. We all have things that happen in our lives that if we dwell upon it could cause us to feel angry. However, much of what we feel angry about is either an exaggeration of the the facts or perhaps true, but out of context. For instance, I may think that a lot of bad things have happened to me, and I didn't deserve it, but where did I get that idea?
What do we all deserve in light of the gospel? The Bible says, "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Rom. 3:23), and "the wages of sin is death" (Rom. 6:23). Malachi 4:1-3 says that unrepentant sinners will be "burned up" and will be ashes under our feet in the earth made new. So, without Jesus all I really deserve is to be a pile of ashes. That puts a whole new perspective on what I deserve. So, even though bad things have happened to me, at least I didn't get what I deserved.
If that didn't help, try reading a book by William Young entitled, The Shack. It's a story about a man who's youngest daughter is kidnapped by a serial killer and how he deals with the injustice of her cruel death. It's one of the best books I've ever read on the character of God. It will change your life.

Did you read the description? It's a mother's day song, the words for which were written by a boy who was terribly abused when he was very young. At the time he wrote it, he was in a group home for boys with attention deficit disorder related at risk behaviors. He wrote the poem primarily to his adoptive mother, but in a hopeful sort of way to his bio mom as well. Listen a few times. I think you'll get it.

i was looking on youtube for the video for the christian song "wish you were here" .I inputed the keywords: wish you were here christian song: and this is how i got to this video. My mother past way just after thanksgiving,very unexpectedly."Wish you were here" was the song dedicated to my mother by me.I believe this my moms way of letting me know shes in heaven,still watching over me.Thank you for that beautiful song.Miracles happen everyday.Keep your hearts open to GOD.

Did you read the description? It's a mother's day song, the words for which were written by a boy who was terribly abused when he was very young. At the time he wrote it, he was in a group home for boys with attention deficit disorder related at risk behaviors. He wrote the poem primarily to his adoptive mother, but in a hopeful sort of way to his bio mom as well. Listen a few times. I think you'll get it.

Having lost my mom about 7-1/2 yrs ago, your song brought tears to my eyes. I really loved the part where you reminded me that we'll always be together in our hearts.
