I think you need to grasp that national law trumps international law. Israel does have the right to defend itself. The Koran points out that violence is justifiable in defense of one's own nation. Turn it any way you want, Israel is a country, has defined borders which includes the entire West Bank since 1967, and if people don't accept a few realities, we aren't going to make any progress for the Palestinians. In some ways, they are victims, of Islamic violence in 1947 and 1967.
