  • I would recommend the bases to primary and sandwich. It would go up cleaner and easier. :)

  • That was great, I am a JP cheerleader now. Godd luck in collage Grace, Cailin, and Tara who is already in it.

  • I Know the girl on the left that has the black hair shes my cheerleading coach shes the base!!

  • primary bases have it hard...

  • Bases, you really need to sponge more. The cradle was horrible! If you guys would accuaally use your legs she would have a nice clean cradle...

  • hey wats that one i think its called a bottewad idk how to spell but what are the stunts

  • Despite all the negative vibes coming off this thread I must say that it's a good START. I'm sure as a coach or supervisor you know what to do to make it better and I'm sure it's improved immensely by now.

  • hi. i have done all star cheerleading for five years. for a west coast team west valley thunder and two east coast teams hamilton starz and world cup. and this whole thing is wrong. there are problems with posture, stability, and technique. I did a slow mow, and the flyer did nothing wrong, it was the bases. yikes. it was a very good rough cut though. you guys have alot of potential. :]

  • if i didn't know what i was talking about i wouldn't be on here

if the base has back problems then she shouldn't be mounting [by the way]

so honestly, im pretty sure your the one who doesn't know anything

  • i've never seen a second base, base that way...it seems harder

  • thats why her foot went sideways.... your supposed to grab her foot on the top and on the bottom...not on bottom and (around) bottom its crazyy lol

  • accually you can do the sandwich which is what your talking about or the wrist grab which is that if the base needs it the flier should be able to control her own ankle..

  • UCA encourages the wrist and bottom grab over the sandwich... thats the way its taught at camp

  • your backbase isnt resisting the flyer when she comes down thats partly why she goes back. and the flyer should put her weight in her arms when she comes down

  • first of all, the base on the right (the one with the blue shirt) really needs to stifin up and stop slouching.

it is way easier to do if you make a rooster with your back instead of slouching. it also doesn't look as sloppy.

also, the bases need to give the flier more support on her foot. maybe a front would help.

and you can never do a stunt with your shoe untied its dangerous and illegal.

and the back spot needs to get in there and squeeze the fliers ankle not just stand there

  • ok you need to stop talking cause you dont know what your talking about...

    1. that girl has back problems!

    2. the bases give her foot support, her ankle rolls

    3. obviously she didnt kno her shoe was untied

    4. that flier has bruses on her ankles from that back spot.

    so you dont know anything!

  • @trinaaabakes17 stop tryin to show off tht u no stuff no one cares if she has problems or not ppl just care tht she ether hits it does it perfectly of so they can say good job or if she suks so they can tear her down duh dumbass
