yeah one big difference though, the things you say that were proved true in front of people can be proved true again and again and again. With scripture we just have to take their words for it. lol kibi i don't think that counts as "evidence" if "scripture" isn't based on deductive reasoning or experimental data or something with some sort of substance it isn't evidence its your words backed up by other peoples words.

Most facts are pretty much backed by other people's words now. Somebody else saw it proved true, wrote it down, and it was published. Same with scriptures. People saw it happen, wrote it down, and it got published. If you still don't think it has evidence, try reading it sometime. Have a nice day.

yeah one big difference though, the things you say that were proved true in front of people can be proved true again and again and again. With scripture we just have to take their words for it. Would we think of newton as a genius if he just wrote down the three laws of gravity and told everyone that he proved it? Do you think that would fly? So why should scripture?

that's no difference. I'm sure many other mormans would vouch that they've proven it for themselves as well. If you don't believe me, try taking moroni's advice at the end of the book of mormon. It's not that hard to prove for yourself.

that is awesome. The mormons allways have a strong spirit near them and i can say I to could feel the difference from when i was inactive and i saw some of the active people from our ward.
