I've also seen it in Japanese though and it was equally entertaining, although, I do prefer the music in the English. But yeah, watching Clannad in English should be a crime. yep, Tomoya just denied himself an "all-you-can" Kyou buffet that was practically served on a silver platter...
Heck, it was worse (yes, much MUCH WORSE) on the Visual Novel since it was the TROUSERS Tomoya had to remove for the reverse spell. To the willing Kyou it would've been bliss... To the self-controlling Tomoya, HELL!

@lolligje well I'm not saying taht I love girl's underwear, but rather clannad REALLY lacks fanservice. I mean for an harem it should have had more than just this. fanservice is really essential to anime, I don't know why but I think it is, this had even less than NARUTO! so...... doesn't this tell you something? it's just I thought this was quite nice to see kyou's dere side too!

@CodenameBourbon yeah...but one of the reasons i don't like naruto is that it's rather unfemale friendly (although most fanservice is)...so to speak...oh well, i get really annoyed by fanservice most of the time, so i was glad that clannad had very little of it, and what they had was more original than most.

@lolligje well really I'm talking about balance of fanservice. this series lacked it and this could even but considered NOT fanservice. for romance for male fanservice is really important. really not TOO MUCH to the point it's sickening, but rather an amount that makes you want for a little more, and not too much. that's the way I think it works. of course too much fanservice makes me sick too but most of the time it's lulz
