Super cover. Great singing and guitar playing. The chords are, intro D with hammer on, Verses D,Am,C,and Em and the chorus is C,Em and D. This is from the Skin and bones acoustic live DVD. Fkn super stuff.

Overall great. One tip. On the opening D cord, try keeping the f# constant and moving your index finger instead (the A on the G string). You have that one chord wrong at the beginning. Switch that and it will be perfect. YOu have great rhythm and great emotion, and your overall guitar skills are fine.
