The problem with people using the term "mental addiction" is that there can be no research done on it. When does it go from someone enjoying something everyday to them being "mentally addicted" to it.
There should be a legal limit for maijuana, but what people should also relieze is that ever person reacts (or can handle) the drug use differently. Not saying your first time smoking the drug your not going to get stoned. But people have different effects to the drug.
Cheech or Chong should have mentioned that kids have MUCH EASIER ACCESS to marijuana under the current prohibition laws than they would if it were regulated....
seriously when i was 16 it was so much easier to get a bag of weed compared to say a six pack of beer simply because the dealers dont care if it were legal it would be harder for underage people to get it and as far as junkies hell theyll sell anything to any one that they can get theyre hands on
