EPIC TRACK! I luv this game, I was satisfied with it, way better than that woossy MK v. DC, It just had no, I don't know, It lacked the true Mortal Kombat feeling, but this one brought it back sat it down and strapped it to a chair and said, "UR staying here son! I don't know what some people are talking about, but this song is one of the best remixes in the game! The song is fine, I don't see what's wrong with it, it's not too slow, it 's not weak, it makes a person want to fight. Which I would think is the goal of most fighting game music! Plus this is my favorite soundtrack, besides Wasteland and The Pit

@SFNDMK unfortunately, I played MK2 on Nintendo first so I am pretty bias; but I did hear the Sega versions and well to me it sounded like a low budget new wave album. BUT! you know what I did actually like it for what it was. It had a really nice dark grim sound to it. It's not as good as the other two versions TO ME but it did have something in it that I liked.

I played every Mortal Kombat and I say the soundtrack of this one beats all of them (with exception of the Hell track of Armageddon)

@championofgods Well those people need to open their ears and listen, it's unfortunate Mortal Kombat has not been itself lately when it comes to music, but this new music beats the old ones, if not they're up there with them. Either way I love the new soundtracks! :) But yeah I think they should have kept the Hell theme from Armageddon, that would be so much better than the new one's. The new one is a little too orchestraed for me, at least when it comes to fighting lol

@BlackPoisonxX just do what i did, turn the cound effects down some and turn the music way up. i was mad at first about the game music being so low compared to other mk games but after i fixed it myself it sounds just like it always did. it's the nly real way to play mk lol
