  • I think this is a little more 1900, but if you were to use a wide toothed comb and comb through the curls it would look even better! It would look VERY Veronica Lake-ish! :)

  • @laking07 I would have to disagree that it looks more 1900. In the early 20th century only young girls wore their hair down, and although they sometimes sported curls these would have been achieved with rag-curls. The style with the crown finger-waved (as I at least attempted to do) and the rest of the hair in ringlets was popular in the 1920's (more so the early 1920s) and was commonly worn by stars such as Mary Pickford (who I was trying to emulate) and Lilian Gish. :)
