Its funny, Americans find blood sausage rather gross, but like their beef steak 'bloody'.

Personally, I find 'blue' steak with blood pouring out rather gross, and prefer my blood cooked.

I am in the US and have made some black pudding and god's holy trousers it is so good !

To me it tastes like the meat only more condensed, You Britt's have got it made with all of the different types of food.
