you do know you shouldnt teach a lab pup to really climb stairs andstuff until their hips have developed since labs are known to get bad hips and what not and making them do thatcan hurt them. just letting you know.

Its a puppy, we breed yellow labs and thats a great way for them to get excersise there nothing wrong with it! All the puppys have lived 15 years without any heath problems

Thank you all for all your concern. Just so you know that the dog in question now is 3 1/2 and is very healthy. No hip problems thanks though. and the person that says dogs should not go up and down stairs for 1 year? that is fine with a little dog but just try it with a real dog! Also the dog loved to go down like that and to this day still goes down the stairs like that!
