  • BoM "adding" to issue aside. Get a parallel copy of the Joseph Smith Translation of the bible (with KJV verses in parallel) and take a look at the numers changes Joseph made to the Book of Revelations (& the rest of the bible). He even adds a whole additional section at the end of Genesis "prophesying" of himself.

The BoM itself has undergone numerous changes (contrary to what the video says) (approx 4,000 changes). There are some very significant substantive changes that have been made.

  • Love your videos . Hopefully they will help people to learn of the Book of Mormon Another Testiment of Jesus Christ and also help hose who have already learned of it;'s eteranl truths to study it more deeply , making it a part of their lives daily .

Bible has great Historicle facts that have been mostly found..But testing the book of Morman..not an ounce..i was wanting to be Mormon but it's not the true word of God,Mormons are basically more solid that Christians..i really wanted it to work..But never can i turn my Back on the true word of God...thanks anyhow take care

  • Psalm 119:160. 1 Thessalonians 2:13 1 Peter 1:23, What are you saying that God made a mistake on his word? his word is pure, He says it in his word, Learn more about Jesus in the book of mormon than the bible? Oh Lord. and one who believes in God should take Gods word for it.

  • I agree with your two cents, they were well spent.

  • Nice to see you here on this channel

    :)

  • You are correct about Revelation 22:18, but the Bible repeats this warning. Deuteronomy 4:2 & Proverbs 30:6 Warns of people who try to put word into Gods mouth so to speak. Deuteronomy 18:20, "But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die."

  • @Exodus314IAM

If you have any doubt, please pray about it........

  • @Exodus314IAM Amos 3:7 , King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

  • Those who claim that Revelations' warning about "adding to" doesn't apply to just the Book of Revelations but to the entire Bible mean that anyone adding to God's revealed word will suffer the penalties named in Revelations.

    .

I like to note for them that this warning is about adding to *or taking away* and if it did apply to the entire body of God's revealed word, then those who remove any of it -- e.g. The Book of Mormon -- are who are at risk.

  • Our goal is to bring people closer to Christ. A wonderful and peaceful goal.

  • At the time Paul wrote 2nd Timothy 3:16 there was no Bible. There were only Torah scrolls, poetry, history, and prophets. Yes, it could be prophetic and referring to the complete cannon. I also think it's funny how some Christians who claim the 1611 King James is the authorized WORD of GOD reject the Apocrypha that was at one time included in that version of the BIBLE. The Apocrypha was officially removed from the King James BIble in 1885.

  • You know I think it's interesting how people look at that warning in Revelation. It is specifically for the book of Revelation and I believe the author put it there so that future readers and copiers would not add their own twists to it. Some Christians believe it is pertaining to the WHOLE CANNON of Scripture. I don't believe that- I believe it pertains to REVELATION!! It's funny how people quote 2nd Timothy 3:16 and say it's about the BIBLE.
