I have no interest in your banana pudding. I am looking at the eye candy! No disrespect to your wife, just giving a compliment. I am in a 7 year relationship. You can look but not touch!
Oh no! Joey is wearing a wedding ring! Dammit! I mean I figured he wasn't gay, but now I know. Dammit....I know it's wrong, but I hate that he has a wife. I want Joey to be my dream hubby. Oh well, I'll just fantasize that his wife went lezbo and ran off with Rosie O'Donnell leaving a vulnerable Joey in my clutches! Yay! Joey is hot!
@lword1970 Did you ever think about the chemical fertilizers, pesticides, etc.. that are in the dirt - that become part of the fruit "inside the skin"?... Put 2 bunches of bananas on your counter-top (1 organic bunch and 1 'regular' bunch) And just watch how they ripen/rotten over the course a week or 2 - and do a taste test every other day. I think you'll be surprised at the difference.
@HomeFitnessTV wow, great point, I work at a grocery store and always told customers lword1970's take on organic fruit because of the thick skin, but you mentioned something I never thought of? What do you mean as far as watching them as they "ripen/rotten", are you talking about just taste? very interesting, hope to hear a response. thanks!
what time are you eating this i know you mentioned that the cinnamon keeps your blood sugar level stable but i thought bannas were high glycemic, the walnuts and pecans sound really good though: ) Also walnuts have an abundant source of omega 3, pecans too so i would definately add that but can i eat it late at night in hopes that the fat in the walnuts lowers the glycemic index of the banana ?
sounds yum. I got a recipe: 1 banana, cacoa powder (has heaps of antixodites) to taste, organic honey to taste, almond milk and maca. simply blend ingredients in a mixer and you have a yummy healthy smoothy! healthy food is so much nicer then junk food and you feel so much better when you have it!
Thanks Joey for this recipe. It's so cool. I would have never thought of that! Does stevia have an after taste? I've cut out sugar to where I don't add sugar to anything and I usually am pretty good about eating sweets. I stay away from most sweeteners though cause 1 usually chemicals and 2 taste and especially after taste is really really nasty! Will give this a shot though! THanks again.

Stevia is interesting, and it does seem popular, but I think honey may be a bit healthier as a natural substitute. Just a thought.

organic banana - waste of money . you only need organic when you eat the skin of a fruit - like pears and apples

Hi KC - we use the Stevia from SteviaStash (dot) com
Its the best. All the natural sweetness without the calories or chemicals.
