@FinalFreakFantasyXX I just tried it with the special event today (June 26th ~ July 26th) and got a free Jirachi. The only difference is that I had to pick "Via Nintendo WFC"* instead of "From A Friend". *-> Of course, WFC means Wi-Fi Connection, so your DS has to be set up to access your Wi-Fi at home (or library, school, wherever).

First of all One of the "two" DS games needs to hold a shareable Wonder Card who contains the Pokemon/Item

ONLY shareable WonderCards can be made via Pokesav and you need AR (Action Reply) to make that code work on your game.

In other words, This entire video was made by hacking. Don't even think sharable Wonder Cards appear by magic on your game.
