tHERE ARE LITTERALLY 100's of these skits performing this skit and Bob Newhart just proves how skilled he is in the performing arts and also just how difficult acting and comedic timing is, because not one of those hundreds of actors can do it half as good as BN did on Mad TV.
@gstanz67 The same goes for Mo Collins as well, she is also brillian t and kills in this skit. Just focused on BN because he was the guest on the show that night. So dont get offended or butt hurt Mo if someone mentions the fact that you are for the most part "that chick that did the STOP IT skit with Bob Newhart." Yuu nouuugh yew izzz fuhhneeee guuurrrrrrl.
A very ambitious attempt, you deserve a lot of credit. I love this sketch but I would've omitted the laugh track. The patient did a good job, and the therapist only paled in comparison because no one tops Bob Newhart in comedic timing by doing more with less. It's not your fault- Newhart is just that good. Nice job guys.
