The song is in a tangible medium of expression so therefore it is already copyrighted, though not registered. The only way to register a song for copyright is to register it with the US department of copyright. I mixed this recording by the way
@allanandfriends They can register the song with a performance rights agency, copyright it, etc...but frankly, it's not that important. no one really "steals songs" anymore. That said -- this is a WONDERFUL SONG! Everything about the video/recording is great!
