what? they just got done explaining how Armstrong was flying test planes in 1962, and then they go on to say that he was the first civilian astronaut and that all the others were pilots...wtf? How is he a civilian? He fought in Korea! AND he was a test pilot! Plus the narrator just contradicted herself!
@The3rdPlateau Armstrong resigned his commission from the United States Navy in 1960, so therefore he was indeed a civilian when he joined Nasa's Astronaut Corps.
