'Justified Ancients of Mu Mu' has the same quality.
Jimmy's police car was called Ford Timelord 23.
They burnt the money on 23 August 1994. Afterwards they hosted a few public discussions at which they asked the audience to tell them why they had done it. Cutting the 'tour' short, Bill and Jimmy agreed not to discuss it for 23 years.
Nicely tweaked version of the tune, and especially awesome as I never found this in my days as a KLF vinyl collector. Thanks for posting!
