@mwich40 I just looked at your profile. You are the prototypical bobsled candidate. I don't know the exact criteria, but you display a lot of the abilities they look for. They like powerful, fast and agile( ability to get into the sled quickly). Most guys comes from football and track and field (decathletes). Might be worth a thought.

Over the last few years I have been trying to figure out and understand the world of fitness and conditioning. After watching your videos I am overwhelmed at the variety of things that can be done to get in shape (which is a good thing), and yet at the same time I could not imagine coming up with a properly developed program. For now I will keep watching and continue to bust my butt doing what I do know. Thanks for the videos.

My sarcasm detector is broken at the moment, are you being serious? :S if you do only work one side i assume that it doesnt create much lopsidedness as there is crossover between muscles....
i train both sides, if i ont put it in the videos, its coincidental, maybe the camera angle was bad, or it was taking too long... we try to be as balanced as possible. As u can see in the end of this video i was able to snatch the beast 5 times left handed, while mustering 10 with the right. that is something i will be addressing immediately. hope today is a strong(er) day for you!
