The part where she's on the ground is from iSaw Him First, and Sam was pretending to be unconcious so that this guy would give her mouth-to-mouth.

She didn't get drunk, either. When she's drinking from the bottle, that's water, and when she's being sick because of the "alcohol", that's from iReunite With Missy, where a girl gives Sam bad chocolates. 0:23 is from iOwe You (:

Oh my god, this is absolutely amazing. Great, great work. I think it really shows the broken side of Sam, which I'm hoping we see more of on the actual show. And you used Skins clips! Ah, I find Cassie and Sam's situation strikingly similar. Neglectful parent(s) and in love with someone who is in love with their "prettier" friend (well, in my mind Sam loves Freddie, :D). Ok, I'm done ranting now.
