Kyle Schmid is an okay pic but from a directors point of veiw Travis Fimmel would be a better pick, because Travis could pass more as a 21 year old becuase he has an extra chubbyness to his face that makes hm look younger then he is. As for Kyle his face is more thinned out and looks like hes going into his 30's. Great movie though!

Either Kyle or Travis would both make great Acherons! Great video, and I loved the song you chose! In an interview that is actually on youtube, Sherri even says that Kyle Schmidt from Blood Ties is who she'd pick as Acheron if there was ever a movie. I say either or would be great.

interesting. i guess im one of the few that thinks either one would work. for one thing, its been mentioned in the books that TF bears an uncanny resemblance to our dear Ash (at least on those rare occasions that the latter is forced to be blond. not too sure what TF would look like with black or some other color) , whereas Sherri said at a book signing that KS would be a fantastic choice too. and he has experience playing a vampire, so he can certainly pull of the sexy/dangerous "aura" ;D

What about Craig Horner who plays Richard Cypher in "The Legend of the Seeker" to play the part of Acheron? He would be great with his lean, chiseled body and rock hard abs. I also like Kyle Schmid. He was great in "Blood Ties" and very believable. He has that special spark that not many actors have --- short in stature or not!

While I think Travis Fimmel is a good pick by bone structure he's gotten older and is too friendly looking now days. Steven Strait NO WAY. you have to remember ash was originally blond so he would have the skin coloring of a blond. plus his face is too rugged, not god gorgeous bone structure although he's got the tough guy attitude. Kyle Schmid NO WAY although I do think he'd be good as Kyrian as someone else mentioned. Just my opinions. :D
