Nobody just "likes the cock". Sex is normal, but too much sex generally means your an addict or your compensating for something. But this only comes up if too much sex causes your life to get fucked up. That would be the only reason why a woman like that would be in therapy. But that still doesnt mean that people do things for no reason.
