  • Man, I agree about the dry malt extract. I find it muddies the taste, and it's like tasting the flower in the gravy, if you know what I mean. Partial extract brewing with LME and some grains can produce some pretty damn good beer IMO. Watch for my video on dressing up a Cooper's English Bitter.

  • @CraigTube Can't say that I've tasted flowers in my gravy. You messed me up for a second on that one. Uh, please tell me that was a typo.

  • @yartp LOL, no I meant flour that you add to the gravy to thicken it. Sorry hehe.

  • Its a very nice looking beer - I don't think i've ever tried that style before.
