Quite ironic that a man who is a professor, a 'leader' of 'his' people, and one who would suggest that he has a solid comprehension of the issues relating to the CONstitutional referendum currently proposed by the 'Commonwealth'.
Why is it then, that given the UK Parliament prohibited its' monarch from extending or construing to extend its' sovereignty onto this island continent on ~2 August 1875, this man apparently believes that the CONstitution of the Commonwealth has any relevance to Us ?
