dude i know this might sound dumb but, where is the master of tamako? I don't know how to get there.

Don't worry about it, he's supposed to be in Town Area4. Look for a gate you can open in Town Area2, talk to the navi somewhere in there, and look through Park Area2 and Park Area1 to obtain the needed items from purple and green navi, respectively. Once you've got them you can return to Town Area4 and get the game progressing again, Good Luck :)

Woah stop there i have BLUEMOON too and i got BurnMan there, why didn't you?

It's due to the tournament-style programming of the game. I'm on my fifth or better playthrough of Bluemoon, so it doesn't give me the same Navis every time otherwise we'd never get all the souls.
