This was sort of relaxing coming to the end. I felt a slight throbbing sensation on the back of my neck on the left side and a slight fluctuating pain in my left ovary (I think) for a few minutes. Is this expected?
@TheQueenIsWithin:The reluctance to open comments is only since I 'd have to be very straightforward in answering questions, so pls understand I mean no offense-but I'm NOT going to "bs" you either. Generally you should NOT 'expect' anything other than what happens.Neither your nor my "expectations" are relevant; "relaxation" is NOT the purpose of the modules. It is more important to be attentive to whatever you 'feel' then or now or 3 days from now & make note of it.
We should not regard anything as either 'bad' or 'good', 'relaxing' or 'irritating'. Leave our own impressions out of the matter completely; they only break silence and block the flow of things. Nor do we strive to focus on the sound, since then we start telling ourselves what things "sound like". In fact we should try to forget that we are listeing to anything & simply allow the ears to accept the sounds without any interferance from us, the way we do everything else without extraneous effort.
Again pls note: &as well for the benefit of anyone else are these comments posted in response to your question. it is VERY important to watch the primer as many times as it takes one to understand it before loading any module. You may not notice ANY overt affects for days, or weeks, or as the result of any particular listening session. Some may not notice anything at all after many sessions & then all of a sudden- POW! You "get it". The point is to cultivate that "POW!" whatever it may be.
