  • Charles Payne is a racist and an idiot. He's a racist because if a white person admitted to voting for a candidate whose politics he disagreed with simply because that candidate was white, he'd be labeled a "racist." And, since we are a fair country that believes in equality (right?), Payne must then also be a racist. Payne is an idiot because he thinks he honored MLK's vision by voting for Obama, not because of the content of his character (his politics) but because of the color of his skin!

  • @joelthomas. See if you can respond without name calling my friend. Your logic is a very common from those who freely use the term racism as it suits their needs. Charles Payne is not and idiot sir...but is clearly and justifiably CONFLICTED. As far as ur charge "racism" let's look a little bit closer at a nuance of distinction. RACISM-is the belief that inherent different traits in human racial groups justify discrimination.NEXT-->1

  • @joelthom Racism is applied especially to the practice or advocacy of racial discrimination of a pernicious nature (i.e. which harms particular groups of people), and which is often justified by recourse to racial stereotyping.Modern usage often equates racial discrimination and defines it only as applying to cruel or generally harmful. practices. However in this case I think that its more appropriate to describe Paynes voting for Obama as an example of Next--->2

  • @joel---- differential treatment of a racial group that is intended to ameliorate or undo PAST DISCRIMINATION, RATHER THAN TO HARM, which sometimes can be referred to as "AFFIRMATIVE ACTION". But of course opponents of AA (of which I am SURE that U are one) may characterize this practice as "racism" or dare i say the term notorious and dreaded "REVERSE RACISM", based on the belief of its harmful nature with respect to the groups not receiving assistance. It's about nuance.

  • @joelth[Final] So in conclusion ur charge of calling Payne a racist is, at best, "off target". Then u go onto freely equate the following: "content of one's character" with one's "politics" Where did u come up with that? so an individuals character is a direct reflection of his politics? Whoa..quite a leap there,.don't you think? So take this with you...if you feel that Payne is hypocritical...ok..fine...but as long as you agree that this Land of libery is also Hypocritical!

  • Off topic, but when Charles Payne and Glenn are walking through that Harlem neighborhood starting at :52, on Edgecombe avenue, I recognized it immediately. I've never been there, but that place (actually across the street from that brown building with the boarded up windows where they are standing) was the shooting location (139 edgecombe ave.) for the 1974 movie "Claudine" (starring Diahann Carroll & James Earl Jones):

    watch?v=L__VjF7JSC0

You can see the location starting at 7:01 to 8:43

  • So in my town theres you know "black schools" (schools in a bad neighborhood so since its a bad neighborhood its a bad school) and "white schools" (schools in a rich nieghborhood so good schools) and then theres a lot of private shcools. Anyway busing black kids to white schools has been a huge controversy, because the white parents don't want thier kids to go to bad schools (they can afford to send thier kids to a private school is that happens). I think instead of the city focusing on...

  • having good schools no matter where you live. Of course because of district lines and such it pratically forces people in bad areas to go to bad schools, and the people usally can't move out of the bad areas and then thier kids get a bad education and if they do get into college from some pity scholarship or what's that one word where black kids get an advantage or something? Well anyway even if they do get into college they probaly won't be prepared for it and most likly will drop out :-/

  • Oh yea pressed the two star button on accident, meant to press pause...

  • We have to stop pointing fingers and name calling. The is fault on both sides. I think we all want a the same things in life, a safe home for our kids a god job food on the table. We have to stop looking to these corrupted politicians and come together and put a stop to all of the local corruption. It's not Bush or Obamas fault when it comes to your own town or city its the people we allow to be voted in over and over again. Charles Payne in a stand up man He made it is possible.

  • what if we had a native american president

  • Why Why Why does it have to be about race? Can't we be Americans? I am, and that's the way I see you! (if you speek English and are SUPPOSED to be here)

  • great statement

  • we would change our dollar to beads and wompum and there would be alot more casinos.

  • The first and arguably most entrenched terrorist in the United States is based in an ideology called "white supremacy," which holds that white Protestant Christians are superior to other ethnicities and races and that public life should reflect this purported hierarchy

  • If that's true, than why has the government gone to such extraordinary lengths to appease racial minorities. Over 75% of our federal budget is made up of entitlement programs aimed almost exclusively at minorities and the elderly, and these programs are so unsustainable that they are threatening to bankrupt the nation. Where the hell are you seeing this "white supremacist" logic.

  • You couldn't possibly be imlpying that every white person in the US is a protestant christian. It has been a while since we stepped off the mayflower pal.

  • no, but i find it interesting after hearing all this talk that muslims shouldn't be allow to serve the country because of a history of violence. Christians have just as much violence...thats the point

  • I agree that human beings are violent by nature regardless of their religion. And most Americans would agree with that. The only groups out their advocating a ban on muslims from the military are small and insignificant fringe groups, who should never be taken seriously.

  • btw, i never stepped off the mayflower..i wasn't old enough

  • The Repulicans vote to send all of YOUR money to Israel so they can have one of the best Government Health Care systems in the world while they vote NO to have the uninsured Americans covered with a public option. They hate Americans.

Vote every one of them out as they are all traitors and don't take care of their own but let 44,000 Americans die every year just because they are poor.

    They DO love Israel, though.

  • No matter what Glenn Beck does there is all ways some one who will complane about it no matter what ?

Way to go Glenn I am on your side 100% !

    ZZTWP :

  • I don't agree with how he infuses everything he says or does with conspiracy and fear. However, he most certainly has the right to do that, and people most certainly have the right to listen. When I watch his show it only seems ridiculous and over the top to me, especially with his horrible sense of sarcastic humor. It definitely doesn't seem like something I'm supposed to take seriously.

  • Glenn Beck is a proponent of a conspiracy theory. Our federal government is currently buried under a mountain of debt and massive entitlement programs, and the Obama administration is trying to pass the biggest entitlement program in US history. If Obama gets his way, our public debt of $11.4 trillion will more than double over the next ten years ($23 trillion) which will have drastic economic consequences and could lead to the possible collapse of US currency.

  • Glenn Beck is one of the only guys in the country with the guts to ask the government why they continue to push these extremely liberal fiscal policies, and I think he should be taken seriously for that reason. He believes that these facts are due to a hidden agenda on the part of certain government representatives.

  • Guts, that's funny. He has the guts to be controversial to secure high ratings and therefore keep his high paying job. The only difference in me and you is that one of us distrusts the government and the other distrusts corporations.

  • I've personally always felt that corporations and lobbies and giant conglomerate media outlets are the REASON that the government is so fucked. Because when you think about it, the government doesn't have much of a reason to bone society UNLESS you start lining their pockets with corporate gold, in exchange for a vote this way or that.

  • I agree. Remember that the number one conern for Thomas Jefferson was "factions," and there is no question that special interest groups in Washington hold far more influence in shaping public policy than the average voter. It seems like the government is now driven by small minority groups with intense policy preferences that are generally not in line with the general public. But it should be pointed out that the government allowed this to happen, and the average voter is none the wiser.

  • Yeah, I think the government allowed it to happen a long time ago. I truly wonder if they can do anything about it nowadays.

If politicians fight back corporations can fund the destruction of their campaigns. The philosophy of the founders is correct in that they believed that only the people can truly make a difference.

We'll see how that plays out.

  • You're right, the government will not be willing to change this trend themselves, which is why I think the only solution to this problem is for voters to support candidates who will advocate either a complete ban or a cap on how much special interest groups can contribute to political campaigns. Hell, I'd vote for a candidate with that as one of their platform issues even if I didn't agree with anything else the candidate was running on.

  • Unfortunately, the vast majority of voters aren't informed enough to know that their opinions count for almost nothing when in comes to the formation on public policy nowadays.

  • how did the rep/conservative screw u? What did the Democrats do for u? Lets see what this administration/congress does 4 you now. They r majority democrats so you will have a AWESOME life.

  • It wasn't conservatives who ruined the country, it was liberals. President Bush and his administration didn't veto one spending bill in eight years, and raised the public debt by $1 trillion. You can't tell me that President Bush was aconservative. Get real man.

  • This fool has a tv show?!

0:22 momment of truth. (crying = a "gig" as in performance...)

Has anybody noticed that the audience, within view of the clip, is all black? THAT IS NOT A COINCEDENCE. Feel sorry for the lames in my race that allow fox to use them like this.

    Lost ones.

  • the shows purose was to show black conservetives. people like to label con. as racist . so they are showing that this statement is false. when in fact dem. have control of the slums and do nothing to help people in there district just free housing and free money to keep poor voters in the dems. pocket. you should feel sorry for those people.

  • I think there are idiots on all sides they make ridiculous claims and insults, but I don't think any intelligent person think all Republicans are racists. But you shouldn't have to go out and find a bunch of black people to fill in the seats of your show to prove it, either. His audience is vastly white on almost any other day, I've seen it plenty of times. It doesn't mean he's racist, but the fact that he can manufacture this audience and you buy it, and then start reversing it on Dems, is sad.

  • Fox news has the most ethnically and ideologically diverse audiences of any national news network.

  • That's a bold claim, and frankly if they do, it's probably still affirmative action. I wouldn't be surprised if the application to be in the studio audience asked what race you are, and they use that information to decide who can come, a certain number from each race to appear diverse. Also, having your entire audience black isn't diverse. I really don't care though. That's a corporate thing, every evil conglomerate does the same type of thing.

    Ideologically diverse? No.

  • Don't take it from me. Check the studies idiiot, and try laying off the kool-aid.

  • You're the one tossing around insults like a 9 year old. I'm not sure if you're implying that you think I'm black with the kool-aid remark, but if you are it sure is entertaining. You say "studies." What studies? You only make claims that are unverifiable and then back it up by telling me to go find studies. Even if "studies" exist, they aren't conclusive, because they will only represent a small margin of people.

  • Alternet study, Program on International Policy Attitudes, Gallup Poll: "Media Use and Evaluation," and many more.

  • Pew Research Center: "Partisanship and Cable News Audiences"

  • There is also the Sacred Heart University Poll: "Trust and Satisfaction with the National News Media." Why do liberals always demand verifiable information on claims not in line with their own views when this information is so easy to find.

  • I am not liberal. Why is it that conservatives always assume that anyone who doesn't fall in line with their own views must be mindless Obama zombies? I'm not sure what you're trying to prove with your statistics though. Pew shows that more Repubs watch Fox than any other demographic, even though Repubs are in the minority in the general public. Gallup mainly shows that distrust in the media is high, but doesn't specifically fit Fox into that puzzle.

  • It wouldn't matter anyway. First rule of statistics is that correlation doesn't equal causation. I know that Fox has the highest prime time viewership because Bill O'Reilly never fails to use that as an argument for why his points are valid. What he doesn't take into account is that high viewership doesn't mean they all agree. On the contrary, I think higher viewership also leads to higher scrutiny.

  • @dannyb1015, You speak like conservatives are all for black people. The last republican/conservative in office fucked me, and majority of the black population, over.

I do agree with some of the ideals, but not all of them. Im black and they are not speaking for me. If they're trying to, they couldnt be more wrong on some subjects.

  • How did conservatives fuck you over?

  • Well the last conservative/republican ( they might as well be the same after reading both def's) raised taxes on middleclass(ME),and then on top of that gave my tax dollars to executive assholes who went to spas with it.

Thats how he screwed me over.

  • Being a Republican does not make someone a conservative, just as being a Democrat does not make someone a liberal. Political ideologies cut both ways. Remember that Bush didn't veto a single spending bill in his eight years in office, raised taxes, and his policies led to a $1 trillion increase in the public debt. He can claim to be a conservative all he wants, the the reality is that he was the most fiscally liberal president in American history, and that's a fact.

  • Conservatives didn't screw you over, liberals did. It seems like the only choices us voters have nowadays is between a liberal Republican candidate and an even more liberal Democratic candidate. I'm waiting for the chance to vote for a legitmate conservative third party candidate. The last US President who was even close to being conservative was Bill Clinton, who was a moderate.

  • you should have moved to NY23 and voted in that election....The conservative candidate lost even with backing from palin and rushbo. It was a race between a Democrat and a Conservative candidate, in a district that had been held by republicans for 150 years. What happened to the repub candidate you ask? Well she was driven out of the party by the crazy far right.

So PLEASE move more to the right...it will guarantee the death of "conservatism" in American, or the twisted remains of what is left.

  • Palin didn't endorse the Republican candidate, she endorsed the Conservative candidate. And the Republican candidate was forced out by average Americans because she was a liberal candidate. Conservatism may be dead in Washington, but the average voter is still moderate to conservative. I'll tell you what the crazy left is doing: if Obama gets his way, our public debt of $11.4 trillion to over $23 trillion over the next ten years, which could lead to an economic collapse.

  • Those people on the "crazy far right" are the only people trying to save the country, while the crazy far left seems to be trying to ruin it.

  • true but not until his last two years

  • oh yeah it was bush who gave billions to the auto industry and create the stimulus bill that put us another trillion in debt. (sarcasim) and you still havent told me how he fucked you and the black population. bush fucked us with the banker bailout but the dems. forced the banks to take homeloans the people couldnt possibly pay and that put us in the situation we are in now. biggest dem to do this is barney frank.

  • I answered the question and so did you in the comment you just sent me. ROFLMAO! PAY ATTENTION.

Oh, and nobody forced anyone to take a loan. The Dems didnt put a gun to those ppl's heads and tell them to sign the dotted line. If they did, I would be in the same situation. Unlike them, Im responsible enough to know not to get it if I cant afford it. Those ppl who did and couldnt afford it are irresponsible. plain and simple.

At what point does personal responsibility become a factor?

  • ok how did bush fuck you and the black population over? he didnt give out free "obama money"? he didnt put forth a health careplan that will and cap and tade tax that will increase your taxes by 60%. i dont agree with pres. bushs spending but i also dont beleave he hurt the black population.

  • You obviously didnt read my last comment.

& you can believe what you want, but being a part of the black population, and being negatively affected, I am livign proof he fucked us over. And im not the worse off in my community. If your not a part of it and didnt feel his foot on your neck, you can only speculate and make assumptions. I experienced it, and still am trying to bounce back while his goons are probably still spending my tax dollars as we speak.

  • Comment removed

  • you have to remember the democrats ran congress during bushes last two years

  • where are 3/6?

  • Sorry about the mixup--it was split into 4 segments, not 6. Posted 3 & 4 earlier today.

  • cool - I will search for them now

thanks for the hard work to get them up and I guess you are aware that FOX news is getting all the youtube accounts suspended for posting FOX clips? I hope they stop that already

  • where are the rest of these clips???

  • Fox has removed them. They are starting to remove all Fox clips from You tube.

  • There is no reason for blacks to gravitate to the Democratic party.

Most blacks hate abortion and gay marriage.

The media portray blacks as rappers and athletes, and NOT the millions of professional working blacks that exist in America.

Black politics started in the Republican party, and should continue there - the party of Lincoln, the party against the KKK, the party of freedom.

  • and there is no reason forintelligent folks to gravitate to the republican party. most intelligent folks support a womans right to choose, not the church, courts,or the state, and as far as gay marriage is concerned,it is a right that any mature, consensual couple should be able to make. the media that you are talking about is neither liberal or conservative but PROFIT AND RATINGS DRIVEN.

  • @s7rugg1es, Your sadly misinformed.

  • I've tried, but the Republican Party is too close-minded and not inclusive enough for me.

  • @tkdmike

yep ... that sounds like the typical liberal comment. Wish ill on the person, but in absolutely no way can you refute his ideas.

You are brilliantly obtuse, mike. Congratulations.

  • tkdmike,

Your "comment" is more like a skidmark down the pants of intelligent discourse. Sounds like you need therapy.

  • proud to say Kevin Jackson is a personal friend of mine!
