I know there are many fake iPhones, Engadget loves to post them all the time... His is real and Jailbroken. 2 signs: #1. customizable themes are not available on the fake phones. #2. installing apps on the fake phone usaly does not work... 1 more point: fake iPhones are to look real and that is why they leave out the ability to "theme" the device. He has changed the home screen by the way of "Jailbraking" his REAL iPhone. And my guess is that he is using "Winterboard" to get the theme you see.

It might be a fake iPhone, but of course you can get themes where you don't slide the lock. I have a Matrix Evo theme which has a "fake" green fingerprint reader that you press down for 1 sec before the the iPhone unlocks, you don't have to slide the lock. And i don't download from Cydia, i download from iPhone mod pages and SSH them to the phone through iPhone tunnel, Cydia is crap, use SSH.

Cydia is an excellent gui for downloading things. Maybe if you want to take extra time out of your life and go on your computer, find something, download it, and unpackage it/package it so it is iPhone ready, and transfer the data you can, honestly it's much easier to go to cydia and just choose to download.

The phone is real, I've seen the cydia setup before it's pokemon or some shit. The reason why it's not responding to the touch is because of that plastic mirror. You got one of those bargain ones where in the middle there is a super thick plastic reflector that doesn't do shit lol. I know why it is, ur iPhone is fake. It probably has a resitive touchscreen wich you have to press. The iPhone touchscreen is captive, wich means it measures the electricity in your fingers. The screen protector just retacts the electricity so how solid it is doesnt matter. But your screen needs a 'press' on the screen and the protector is to hard to press on. So, iPhone accessoires dont alway work for fake iPhone's.

the iphone screen protector comes with 2 protection films one on both sides the first one is on the back that keeps it sticky the other is on the front and is very thing but tough totake off after u take that one off ur screen should work
